Little Dreams

I hardly ever remembered my dreams. Yet recently, whenever taking a nap in the afternoon (it doesn't happen when sleeping at night) I wake up and remember the weirdest dreams so vividly. I can't remember any specific ones right now, but I do after waking up. And also aftern naps I wake in most awkard positions, usually with my whole body crunching my left arm, which is totally numb for a few minutes.

Is the dreaming related to me sleeping on my left arm?
